What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Firstly, we start with a general consultation with a variety of questions to gauge the desires of the client. We will then confirm with the clients by means of a deposit.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken two semester courses of photography during my undergraduate years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been doing photography as a hobby for over 10 years and as a professional for over 6 years

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our past clients have consisted of Weddings, engagements, birthdays, baby-showers, large family events, holiday events and professional businesses.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had provided photography services for a couple’s engagement. We had taken portraits of this lovely couple in Grand Central terminal. The session was an hour and we had provided the couple with their fully edited photos and black and white photos within 2 days.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would advise the clients to be verbal in terms of their wants and needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Clients should discuss and determine their desired vision. Clients who are able to effectively articulate their thoughts to us, will allow for an even better service/product.
