Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I try to keep my prices low, reasonable, and affordable:)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Chat about what their ideas are either in person or on the phone, messaging, etc. share some ideas of my own and then get to work with planning.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I started using a camera at a very young age and continued to do so during school. I also worked for Ford and Mitsubishi directly out of high school for 2 years as a pro photographer of theirs before moving off on my own.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
my senior year of highschool I had my work published in a local gallery. After I graduated I started working as a photographer full time at Ford/Mitsubishi and operating the website for them. After a year or so I branched off into the freelance photography realm to further explore the creative side of the industry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Lots of portraiture, business, acting headshots, and fashion. Check out my photos and my website for an idea!!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
A model in Tampa asked me to take some black and white photographs of him in his garden. Only an hour tops but very nice images. Lots of fun to shoot.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I would tell someone looking to hire a local photographer to check out the photos on each pros page and determine whether or not they think that the pro can accommodate for the look and style they are going for... and if they don’t know, it never hurts to ask:) I’ll always be honest and let you know if I don’t think I can make you fully satisfied !

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Not a ton of stuff for the customer to worry about. Maybe some sample images of something they saw online. Or maybe just a description of what they want!
