What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
We always like to have a call and learn more about our customers, we love hearing about our customers ideas and expectations. We also tell our customers that they can contact us any time and we will always do our best to consult and give a professional opinion.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We spent years learning how to use editing software's and shadowed other professionals in the field to learn from them. Photography is an art, but there is also a technical side to it which we mastered. So years and years of practice is what got us to where we are today.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
We had an interest in photography for years prior to opening our company and after finishing college, we realized that we didn't want to pursue careers in our field of study. So we decided to follow our dreams and pursue a career in photography, we have been enjoying every second of it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We have worked with all types of people, we welcome everybody with open arms and love hearing what our customers envision. We take it as a challenge to deliver quality pictures every time, and our track record shows. We aim to make a real connection with our clients, we know it can be intimidating to be in front of the lens but our job is to make you feel comfortable and enjoy the experience.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We had the honor of taking pictures for a bachelorette party that came down to Miami from New Jersey. They had originally asked for a mini session, when we arrived and started they immediately asked if they could pay for a full session. With it being the last shoot of the day we said "no problem" the shoot went great and we delivered the images. We later got a call from the bride to be and she said she never imagined how beautiful the pictures would be. She said she was brought to tears and to this day that was the greatest compliment we have ever gotten. You could hear it in her voice, and that's the reason we do this. We love being apart of others lives and capturing their story.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Our best advice is to find a photographer that you click with, find somebody who understands you. You want a photographer that truly cares about what you want out of this experience. Also do your research, and we know it can be expensive at times, but these are memories you will have for the rest of your life.
