What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our Process: What to Expect
1️⃣ Phone Consultation – We start with a call to discuss your vision, go over all the details, and book your session. During this time, we create your personalized client portal, where you’ll design and customize your session.
2️⃣ The Session – Your photoshoot takes place in our spacious 2,000+ sqft studio, where we provide everything you need. We guide you through posing and styling, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience.
3️⃣ Ordering Appointment – After your session, we schedule a time for you to come back and view your fully edited images. This is when you select your favorite portraits and decide on the products you’d like.
4️⃣ Delivery – Your digital images will be ready immediately, and any printed products will be shipped directly to your home.
From start to finish, we make the process effortless and enjoyable—creating stunning, timeless portraits you’ll cherish forever!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extensive education and hands-on training in professional photography, specializing in portrait and newborn photography. Over the years, we have refined our skills through formal courses, mentorships, and real-world experience, mastering lighting, posing, editing, and high-end print production. Additionally, we continuously invest in workshops and industry training to stay at the forefront of photography trends and techniques, ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience and results.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
We have always been surrounded by a love for photography, thanks to my mom’s passion for capturing special moments. Her love for the art truly took off with the birth of her children, documenting every milestone and memory. That passion was passed down and grew into a professional career, leading to the creation of SteinArtStudio. What started as a personal love for preserving life’s most precious moments has now become a way for us to help families create timeless, meaningful portraits they will cherish forever.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a wide range of clients, from families and expectant mothers to high-profile individuals. Our ideal clients are those who value photography and seek a luxurious, fully customized experience. We take pride in creating timeless, high-end portraits that become cherished heirlooms.
Over the years, we’ve had the honor of photographing celebrities, including RGIII, as well as families who appreciate artistry and quality. No matter who we work with, our goal remains the same—to provide an exceptional experience and deliver stunning, museum-quality images that our clients will treasure for a lifetime.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
We love getting creative with our sets, constantly evolving to provide fresh, unique experiences for our clients. Recently, we redesigned our studio, adding stunning new features like an arch wall and creek-inspired stairs, which have quickly become client favorites. This transformation took several weeks of planning and execution to perfect every detail.
In addition to our permanent sets, we also specialize in custom-designed themes tailored to each session. From an adorable baking-themed newborn session to a Mrs. Rachel-inspired cake smash, we love bringing our clients' visions to life. Every custom set is a collaborative process, ensuring each session is truly one-of-a-kind and memorable!

Ensure they have a solid foundation in photography techniques, including lighting, posing, and editing.
