What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The photo packages are open to be modified according to the client's needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We can arrange a personal or an online interview via Zoom in order to meet us and know the customer's needs for the service required.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My training is permanent because each session I do and each client I meet have different requirements to meet and exceed their expectations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My experience as a professional photographer began in 2016, but my knowledge of photography began in 2007.

What types of customers have you worked with?

My main clients are couples for weddings, engagements, and maternity sessions, however I have done model, family and newborn sessions.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The wedding events from the preparation of the bride, the groom, the wedding ceremony and the celebration. I really enjoy being present at that memorable moment for the couple. This whole process should be covered in 6-8 hours.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Looking at the photographer's portfolio to decide if they like the style of their photographs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The most common question is the delivery time of the photos and in my case it takes me 2 weeks because all the photos I deliver are digitally edited and I dedicate the necessary time to deliver a high quality job.
