What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

50% retainer to book your time slot - balance on shoot day. We charge FL State tax where applicable.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Once the base price has been agreed, we will ask for an email address where we send our online quote and agreement to the new client right away. Here you can agree to terms and pay your deposit all in one convenient and easy web page. But most of all we try to make a REAL connection with all our clients from beginning to end of the service we are providing. You will see this if you read any of our five star reviews.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Lensology's photographers have decades of "in the field" experience, and are always working hard to keep current on new equipment, techniques and ideas. Photo magazines and seminars...word of mouth...we want to know as much as we can!! Any photographer out there who thinks they know it all...knows nothing at all.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Event Planners, Party Hosts, PR's, Corporate Incentive Companies, DMC's, Marketing Specialists, Realtors, Company Presidents, Non-Profit's and Entertainment Personalities amongst others.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Shooting a recent fundraiser event aboard the USS Potomac. The USS Potomac was the Presidential yacht of F. D. Roosevelt and is now a living museum. Two Wing Commander's from the U.S. Air Force's Blue Angel's were there to raise money for Military victims of Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
