Introduction

Hello, We love our customers and your experience matters most to us. We want you to love your images. Michael is the main photographer and specializes in truly making his clients feel comfortable and at ease. We love working with brands to make their clothing or products relatable and wanted to their customers. While we specialize in branding we do it all. We have multiple weddings a year where we work as a husband and wife team. We never stop on these days and do not fail to capture the moments most hoped for. In between seniors, family’s and clients for headshots are all a joy to capture. Each client is so special to us and we truly value your time. We want each shoot to be exactly what you want and more. We look forward to working with you soon! Thank you. Crystal and Michael Rischer

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
It is fair. It’s calculated by the hour but is not being to strict with it. The result is what matters. Customer satisfaction can’t always be put on a schedule. Things happen in life. Further, the shooting session itself is only half the job. Before the shooting is a lot of research involved. Than the shoot, than the processing, than the editing. As of now, my services are below market value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
First understanding their needs and wants. Their reasoning behind what they envision. Getting a feeling of who they are. Second I offer different options. Evaluating, giving ideas, working with the customer to either create a concept, inspire, or take the lead for the costumer that still tries to figure it out or simply accomplish the needs of the customer that knows what he wants. Third I accomplish the mission. There is a lot more to photography than just pushing a button. 4th providing a link with images 5th editing their selections 6th delivering final products plus extras.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Professional international model since 1997. Lived and worked in all major capitals of the world that have a market for fashion and commercial modeling. I’ve represented and advertised for major designer brands, major leading corporations, high end resorts, real estate and yachting. I’ve acted for TV commercials for brands like LG, Volkswagen, Mercedes and so many more. I understand what it is required and needed when it comes to advertising a product, a service, an industry and such. I educate and coach anyone that needs a picture taken on how to bring forth a genuine smile, a real felt expression. I capture the emotion, the intent. My experience and my continuing education in my field of photography in front and behind the camera are a powerful mix. Plus, my eye for detail, my creativity and my experience bring forth the best out of anything and anyone. You either have it, or you don’t. Expensive equipment and technical school class knowledge is by far not enough.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
They reached out to me to shoot their corporate event and capture a group shot with airplane for their very own airport under the 6ft COVID guidelines.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Families, actors, models, weddings, couples, engagement, baby reveal, corporate, real estate, fashion designer, model agencies, personal portraits, resorts, vacation advertisements ect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Amazone Prime Air

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Look for someone that has genuine care for your needs. Someone that is not just in to make a $. Someone that cares for people just as much as for his photography. Healthy balance between artist, technical skills and personality.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
What do I want? Why do I want it? What or who do I want it for? What is the photographers feedback? Does he offer ideas, is he open for ideas, does he understand your vision? Of course pricing, process and delivery. BUT, prices should not be the reason for making a decision. Great quality has a price. But sometimes is offered for less.
