Introduction

I have been in the photography industry for 20 years but I was lucky to have discovered my passion at a young age. Over the years, I have photographed hundreds of families, maternity and newborn sessions so know that you are in good hands. I understand the fundamentals of proper lighting, posing and technique to produce a high quality portrait that you will cherish for years to come. I've also trained and mentored hundreds of other photographers throughout my photography career. Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Collections start around $650-$899 (depending on the type of session you book) and go up from there. I offer two delivery options- receive your gallery online and download your chosen images or schedule a reveal session so we can review your images large, pick out your favorites and then create heirloom quality products for your home together.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years in the photography industry and have worked with hundreds of families, newborns and kids. I have extensive knowledge in lighting, posing and composition and have trained hundreds of other photographers and managers in the photography field. I am always self educating and staying up to date with the latest trends/ looks.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started at a retail photography company when I was 17 and then became a store manager at 19 running a million dollar studio. Through lots of hard work and dedication, I was promoted to District Manager, overseeing 15 locations. I then went on to work as a Network Manager over several states, managing pro wedding photographers and then took a District manager position overseeing the newborn photography out of 25 hospitals. In 2011, I started my own company part time, while working full time. In 2020 I took a leap of faith (through the help of Covid LOL) and took my company full time and the rest is history.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I know it’s hard choosing a photographer and there are several options from $75 to $3k+. Do extensive research on who you are hiring, ensure they are a legit company that is insured and review their work and reviews. These moments only happen once so trust a professional photographer to document them properly to preserve your memories for a lifetime. I know photography is an investment so I offer a payment plan, if you are working with a tight budget, so that you can afford a photographer you trust, images you love and customer service you can count on.
