What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I count the fees/session. The fees affected by the time of the photo session and after that I am able to count how may photos that I will be edit it. I will give all the raw photos.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will ask what the costumer want, and make an adjustment with my photography package. So my package is always negotiable. After we agree to do a photo session, I will send the costumer an invoice for agreement and book my time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am taking a photography class at New York Institute of Photography

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Photography for me was a hobby. Now I want to take it to different level and want it as a job. That's why I am doing it :) Also I am happy if my costumer happy, I love to capture costumer's precious moment.

What types of customers have you worked with?

- Friendly costumer - Costumer that really hard to travel from one photo spot to the other - Costumer that do not know how to be in front of the camera - Costumer that know what to do in front of the camera - A baby and children as costumer

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Engagement photography. It takes 1 hour to do the photo session. Because the couple already know where to take the picture and what should they do in front of the camera.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Be very detail when look into photographer work. Is that what you really want? Also how professional the photographer work about the schedule and the photo session package.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

See the portfolio of the photographer and also see the website or other social media that the photographer has.
