What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I can be a little flexible with pricing. My main goal is to be affordable and reasonable!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

New customers are always nervous but it's all a process and we will get through it together. There will be alot of questions and details we will go over so we can find the perfect look and products that suit you.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked for estee lauder,clinique and lancome for 5 years. I freelance make up as well. Working for those companies I learned alot but my teachings went beyond the counters. I practice and learn new techniques every day to perfect my craft. Everyday is a lesson and I'm getting better and better.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I always loved makeup! Didn't know what I was doing until I got started in Macy's where I got my training and new found love and respect for makeup artistry.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I take pride on versatility. Being able to do every skin type, skin color and discoloration is such a challenge but I've worked with them all. It can be difficult but having a wide range of products to satisfy the masses is very helpful and it's helped me tremendously.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did my first Indian wedding. As everyone knows thier culture is very different from America. The colors, the prints and everything in between. I was so pleased with the way the make up came out with what they wanted. I was very proud of myself!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask lots of questions!!! Give us ideas and pictures of what you want. So often people will say I want natural or etc, but we all have different definitions of things. So communication is very key!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What is your budget? What other opinions do you have? Do you have specific ideas already?
