What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer two package options for each type of session: a package that only includes photos and a package that includes photos + a video of the session. Time is also a factor that varies from one package to another. You can check it on my website :)

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We get in touch to align ourselves on the session, so that I can understand the client's expectations and the moment they are experiencing. We then choose the package and date that is best available for both of us and create the session, through a payment deposit to reserve the date.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since I was a kid, I've always been curious about painting, arts and light. I started photography as a way to express my creativity and my imaginary worlds, until a company hired me to photograph my first fashion campaign (when I was 15 years old). After that I became enchanted by the universe of photographing people, until I discovered the purpose of creating memories for families, which completely fascinated me and what I increasingly specialize in.
