I have done everything from baby christening to first birthdays to engagement parties to weddings and anniversaries. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Since I am new I am going by what the customer writes..i do give discounts If there's a referral..

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Find out what the customer wants from what they want me to focus on. Like for the birthday I would focus on the cake cutting part.. then meet the customer if that's possible before the job to discuss the pricing to when can I give them the photos.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am currently going to Macomb community college for the basic photography class. Ready to become better at my art.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have been a photographer for my church since 2008 and I have always liked to do it since I was young..

What types of customers have you worked with?

One was for the engagement party I was the back up photographer..but she liked my work..and then I did a 1st birthday which was fun.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am currently working on engagement photos for a couple so excited about that.. not more than a week's time.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Check the price. Take a chance on a new photographer for a small job to help them out.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What they want the photographer to focus on.. Help the photographer know everything there is to know about the event.
