Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is flexible to meet your needs.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My process is based on meeting the client where they are. I can provide consultation and free zoom meetings to clarify the project concept beforehand. I can also meet online, understand your needs and deliver amazing portrait photography. I appreciate having meaningful and clear communication so I can serve the moment well. I engage in genuine and authentic professional communication and I expect my clients to be transparent and responsive to my messages as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I went to college for photography. I also have thousands of hours of editing experience with hundreds of hours of in-person photography experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I picked up a digital camera and haven't set it back down since. I was struggling with college courses and wanted to play with my brother's camera in my free time. Once I picked up the camera I couldn't stop taking photos and it has become my pride and joy ever since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked with a diverse population of people looking for portraits ranging from classical, collaborative, family, and for social media. I have also done headshots for businesses and individuals.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I drove to Cleveland, OH to do a collaborative photoshoot, which required my editing, posing, and lighting skills. You can see these photo's on my webpage. This shoot took two hours and I took the time to create amazing photos for this person's social media page.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Find a professional that can create photos. The photography process is not as simple as picking up a camera and pressing click to capture a picture. There needs to be comfort and relational ease/rapport between the client and the photographer. More importantly, a provider needs to know not just how to lead a person through a shoot, but they need to know poses, how to edit, and have the skillset of lighting mastered to deliver truly authentic and professional photos.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Customers should think through their concept for a shoot. Being clear about your expectations for a project can help guide a professional to best serving your needs.
