What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We love to provide customers with the best possible rates while still considering all of our expenses.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We communicate with new customers to find out exactly what they need from us and we execute to make sure everything goes well. We also follow up with new customers to answer any future questions!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our lead photographer, Tohid Rasel has a B.A. in film and photography and he's been pursuing both ever since. Second photographer Sam Kwok has a B.A. in Graphic Design.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Monolith Images has all creative visionaries who've always enjoyed the arts such as photography and videography. It wasn't hard for us to choose decide that this is our dream job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We've had the pleasure of working with many different types of clients. Everyone from local birthday events to big companies such as google, sandisk, sephora and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we've done is an engagement shoot for a lovely couple. They brought their son with them and we decided to add family portraits at no extra charge because the couple was so wonderful and easy to work with.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is key. Make sure you talk to the photographer and know exactly what you are paying for. Also share information with the photographer of exact date and time of the session so that they can provide the best service.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before messaging a photographer, you should think about the style and type of photography you need so that there is no confusion.
