What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When I have an interested client, I like to work on the package that's right for them. After all is worked out, I then put everything in a contract so nothing gets left out.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I attend as many workshops as I can - online and on location

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Many years ago, I started with a film camera and I did video for a band, so I've always had the interest in photography.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with business professionals shooting their headshots and / or website and other miscellaneous promotional material, couples for weddings and engagement sessions, seniors in high school, children, families, bands...

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have just photographed a chef for a local magazine that will be getting published in the next couple of weeks.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Communication is key! The best thing is for the photographer to understand the types of images the client is looking for.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Ask to see full portfolio's of the photographer's whole event /wedding to really get an idea of the shooting style of the photographer.
