Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Discounts are provided for gigs involving multiple services.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to educate and communicate on my process flow with any client. I think communication is the main key.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I am a certified licensed Drone Pilot for Aerial Photography under the Part 107 section.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
Funny question, I had a throwback Polaroid camera as a kid. My mom would hardly buy me film so with the film I had, I had to perfection my craft so I wouldn't blow through the film.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I've worked with newborn babies, 5 days and up. I've shot all kinds of parties, corporate events, portraits and of course headshots. I've also done surprised parties and recently an 80 year old birthday party. I've done real estate and aerial photography as well. The list goes on...

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
I would say a location of where they want their photoshoot to take place. Even if you don't have a location, you have an area of where you want it shot at.
