What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing can be adjusted to your specific needs, but I need details in order to do this.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I try my best to get as many details from them as I can so that I am able to guarantee a satisfactory hiring experience and completed job. It’s all in the details.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I took 12 hours of Photography classes to learn how to shoot in Manual and compensate for different lighting conditions. I am experienced with flash photography on camera and off.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started about 13 years ago taking pictures of my kids and then at their school events then it evolved into a paying job and now I focus mainly on Weddings and Engagements.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Newly engaged couples

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I absolutely LOVE engagement sessions! They are fun and exciting and it’s like a date for you (the couple) it can be spontaneous and serious and silly laughter all at once… I police it when the couple is completely new to being in front of the camera and within 5-10 minutes they are relaxed and comfortable and going with the flow! We always end up with way too many photographs to choose from!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Research everything first, dont always go by price, remember as in any market, you get what you pay for. Do your research, check out their website, read their reviews and Google reviews. The proof is in their visibility

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Are the photographs from the end result going to be used just for social media purposes or are they wanting curated artwork to be displayed in the home or in an heirloom album so that they can look back on and enjoy and share them with family and friends.
