What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We try to be fair and understanding when picking a price that suits that particular client. We get it..life is hard. So why should that be a factor when it comes to getting the pictures everyone deserves? We also try to do discounts on every Holiday. AND we have a FREE photo shoot give-a-ways a few times a year, so be sure to follow us on our Facebook page because that is where we post the information for those!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The customer messages us with any questions. Then we ask what they specifically need and from there we price the shoot and schedule a date. If it is a more special shoot we help plan everything and buy props.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My husband and I have dedicated countless hours of research and hours of perfecting our photography skills. We have worked with other well known photographers in the area as well. We officially have an LLC for McAuliffe Photography! My husband has his commercial real estate certificate and we both have our drone license!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always loved taking photos and so has my husband, Michael. We didn't really get in to it until he decided to spend the money on our first camera. After that we were hooked.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types and we love every single one of our customers. Each bring a uniqueness to the shoot and I really value that so much as a photographer. It keeps our job fun and exciting.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We set up a surprise proposal. It was so special to be able to set everything up and be a part of that big moment. We spent a few weeks planning it. Such as picking out the perfect location, buying props and setting everything up. It turned out beautiful.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you can trust the person you are planning to hire.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be sure to know exactly what you want. Communication goes a long way to help us understand your vision! That being said, be sure the photographer you plan on hiring is Capable on doing exactly what you need. Another big thing is location. You need the proper location to really set the mood of the photos you want. If you need help, most photographers do a great job on suggesting locations!
