What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We can offer a discount for the engagement session if you sign the contract for your wedding with us as well. Our services include professional retouching of blemishes, hair on the face, skin tone etc and is included in all our packages.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to meet our customers In person before the event so they can feel comfortable and at ease to enjoy their big day without the worries of working with a total stranger. We like it when we have the opportunity to work with our clients during their engagement session because we know more about each other and feel comfortable when the day of the wedding arrives.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Andie has an Associates in Digital Arts and Photography and her Adobe Photoshop Associates Certification. Vivían graduated in music education and can offer her services to sing during wedding ceremonies. She sings, plays piano, guitar, ukelele, drums and self thought videography. Maria Elena was self thought, online classes, Photography courses? tutorials and lots of practice for years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a mother of two beautiful daughters I always wanted to capture as many memories as possible, I was always with a camera!! Now I run this company with my two daughters and photography is a big part of our lives. Andie is so talented with photoshop. She creates art with the photos and she really inspired me to start our company years ago. Vivían is so talented with videography and music and just recently joined our team. She graduated in music education and can offer her services to sing during wedding ceremonies. She sings, plays piano, guitar, ukelele & drums. You can see a sample of videography on our Facebook page. We enjoy our meetings with our clients, and getting to know them before the events or sessions. I personally find very uplifting to meet the happy couples and their families. Watching them become husband and wife and being part of such an important day 🤗

What types of customers have you worked with?

Weddings, Proposals, engagements, Bridals sweet sixteen, quinceañeras, seniors/graduates, headshots for corporate events, babies, families, birthdays, maternity sessions, Christmas parties, Baptism , office parties etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I spend my time looking for new photography courses and tutorials, always learning new techniques to better serve our customers. Andie is very artistic and creative. She likes to add special effects on the photos and takes the time to deliver beautiful portraits to all our clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get to know your photographers meet them in person and if there is a connection the moment you meet them you will know if you are a match. Share your vision of the big day and your expectations. One important thing is to provide enough time for the photographer on the day of the event to capture those memories, remember that great things take time.
