Hello! My name is Charles. I'm a family man who loves making memories almost as much as I like capturing them. In addition to weddings, engagements and family portraits I've done product photography, real estate photography, professional headshots and created a lot of photo and video content for small businesses looking to boost their social media engagement.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will normally quote a single amount for a shoot. However for a wedding, I'll send you a menu of options so you can pick and choose the coverage you want over the course of the day/night. Besides tax there will be no additional fees above the quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If you're interested in working with me we can communicate through phone, zoom, email, or text. Once we have discussed your needs I'll send a quote and a contract and we can go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been taking photos since we still used film. It's been a lifelong hobby that I eventually decided to pursue professionally.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My photography works dates back to high school. It's been a lifelong hobby.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with couples, families, restaurants and other small businesses doing product photography

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a lot of photographers here in Austin that take great pictures. You should evaluate photographers first on the quality of their work but nearly as important is finding someone easy to work with, that you can trust. You know, someone who will return your calls/emails in a timely manner, someone who can put you at ease on the day of the shoot and someone who will go with the flow when things change at the last minute.
