What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every job is different, hence the scope of a project must be communicated thouroully. No one likes surprises. I can quote flat rate or an hourly rate makes more sense.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to get to know them and hopefully they in turn get to know me.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was the photo editor for both my high school and university yearbooks/newspapers. I have owned my media based business since then.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started experimenting with media at a young age and continued it, through managerial roles in high school and at the college level.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have dealt with all types. This is a service industry, and one HAS to have an open mind. Live and let live.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I have done work with attorneys, where I would follow and document an injured person for years.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are trustworthy and background checked.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Understand the purpose of the project and make sure that vision is conveyed to the professional.
