What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to make the customer feel comfortable. I ask a lot of questions so I can get any details that would benefit them.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I took courses in photography during college. I also worked for a company doing school photos for yearbooks. Then I started freelancing building portfolio with friends and began building clients.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got my associate degree in Graphic Design and Multimedia. Which steered me to Photography. Once I took my first picture I was hooked.

Ask lots of questions. You will want someone who listens and makes you feel comfortable.
