Alway get 3 bids for your construction project. How do you know whether the price you’re offered is a “GOOD PRICE” Or how do you know whether you’re paying too much ? For home owners, a low bid may be very attractive and a very common mistake, make sure to compare apples and apples not apples to oranges. Based on my experience most of my customer will choose the 2 option/bids.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
