What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Answer all questions and concerns, some times it could be difficult when big damages are need to be done.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked with many facilities as , hospitals renovations , school renovations ,Resisential and comercial properties, I’ve done mold remediation, and currently certified, and in all aspects of renovations

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started doing flooring, and some painting, and got curious about other trades.I love transforming people’s vision into a reality.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with, Northwest hospital , renovated kitchen and hallway, did work with city of Houston with, happy homes program, also did a lot of built backs, with master abatement in Katy.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We renovate the Hampton inn in westheimer and guessner , and lasted 6 months

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We always work ethicality, so we don’t charge until work is done!! And inspected by client.and of course if it’s not a city permitted.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How long has been doing it, references, what products they are using, how long would it take, and have it in writing,do they do housekeeping daily, do they need a permit to perform.things like that there’s never enough questions so it will be a plus if answered.
