What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are extremely competitive, but that doesn't mean lower quality or cheap work. We offer free, custom estimates for every job, and will work with you on options to make your dreams fit your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Ball-park estimates are usually available over the phone with a general understanding of the scope of work and some pictures. If we both feel we may be a good fit, we will travel to the customer to go over details and put together a free estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have multiple years of experience in all aspects of the construction industry both in residential and commercial. One thing that sets us apart from other contractors is that our management has done majority of trades firsthand and know the in's and outs of each trade exceptionally well.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all different types of customers! We love meeting new people. We have done projects ranging from simple remodels, to original 1960 remodels--We are familiar with conversions from old material. We have worked on homes ranging into multi millions to converting school buses into homes on wheels.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We are currently focusing on basement finishing as well as additions and we are proud to say that we are able to maintain quality that meets and exceeds industry standard while also finishing basements in about 50% of the time it takes most competitors.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Test your contractor for communication skills before hiring them. Due to the contracting field having so many moving parts it can often take a higher level of communication than many contractors have. I often hear stories of projects taking 3-4 times longer, different results than expected, massive price changes etc. I would also recommend you seek out references, any good contractor will value their reputation above all else and will have nothing to hide.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Be clear about what you want and your expectations. Also, ask yourself if you are willing to trust us if we make recommendations about your project. If you aren't, that's ok, but make sure you are clear about that!
