What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is cost plus. If we agree on price and costumer adds something there’s gonna be additional cost.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with the costumer and talk about their project and go from there.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10 years of hands on experience on construction sites and costumers homes.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in finish carpentry and transitioned to framing and building decks and now I can make anything happen out of wood.

I worked and currently work with developers,builders and home owners.

Built an awning with a metal roof in 2 days.
