Introduction

I shoot a ton of homes, people and events throughout the valley and have been featured in Architectural Digest, Luxe and Luxury Homes magazines. My work speaks for its self, check out my portfolio on my website, I think you'll like what you see. I am also the sole proprietor of my LLC and offer excellent customer service throughout the entire process.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
Homes up to 2000 sf start at just $175

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Contact me, we'll discuss square footage and special requests, schedule the shoot and git 'er done! I offer next day, often same day delivery

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
30 years experience in real estate, land scape and portrait photography. Lots of customer service training too!

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I love the challenge! Real estate photography is hard and even harder to do well. It often takes multiple exposures combined together in post processing to capture everything correctly.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
Real estate agents, vacation home owners, interior designers, property managers, custom home builders, commercial real estate agents and commercial marketing firms

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
I recently shot a $16.5M home in the Silverleaf community. The agent raised the price of the home solely based off the photos. Multiple offers were put in and a well over asking price was accepted. The home owners were thrilled and the RE agent made a life long client in the process

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Photography is the most important marketing tool you have for your listing. Be quality based not cost based, cheaper is not better. Your online customers will notice the difference and you'll have a greater ROI.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Look at everyone's portfolio and compare. Who's photos are better? Who's shooting the really nice homes?
