What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Prices are generally per hour but I have a minimum charge for short events or portraits sessions. In some cases I can give discounts for longer events. The discounts will already be reflected in my pricing.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We need to set up a phone call first before working together. Please call or text me anytime. If I don't answer the phone right away please leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. After we come to an agreement I will request a deposit to reserve the date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I always try to brush up my skills by reading books and magazine about photography, watching youtube video, trying new things and just years of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Back in 2003 and worked for a National Portrait studio where I learned a lot about lighting and posing. Fast forward to 2011 when I bought my first DSLR and started practicing all the time. I did so many test shoot and family portraits that by the time I went pro in 2015, I was more than ready.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Wedding, Corporate Event, Maternity, Event Photography, and Portrait photography.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

At a recent job I spent the whole day with the family and they treated me like I was part of the family. Not only does the day go better but the photos look better when you get to know your clients a bit before hand because then I can cater the photo to their personality.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Keep in mind that professional photographer, spend a lot of money out of pocket to buy all the equipment they need to get the best quality photos in each situation. They also spend a lot of additional time editing photos that you don't see. Just keep that in mind if you're wondering why photographers can be so expensive.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

There's a lot more work to it than just snapping photos.
