Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
I have invested a lot in myself when it comes to education, years of taking photos, developing guides, website, business management tools, and more so that I can deliver quality photos and the best experience for you. I may not be in everyone's budget and that is more than okay, but what I can say is that you will not regret your investment in me!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I like to gather as much information as possible by asking questions to get a better idea of your plans and how I can execute your vision. It's important for me to establish an open line of communication in order to give you everything that you want through my lens. Team work makes the dream work!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Before I started pursuing photography as a career path, I took some classes at the Riverside Community College. And then I went to YouTube University lol!!! This platform and learning from other great photographers is where I learned to master the art of photography. With anything, you have to keep growing and learning so I strive to never stop my education.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
When I took the photography course at RCC that's where my love for photography grew. Doing all of the assignments and projects really got me excited like never before! It was more of a hobby at first, but then it became something I wanted to do as a career path.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have enjoyed working with couples, graduates, and families. I love working with people from all different backgrounds and it brings me happiness when we are able to enjoy one another while capturing gorgeous photos.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Don't compromise! You want to make sure to pick the right photographer for YOU! These are super special moments that you won't get back, so it's important that you have no regrets. A key way to do this is by reading the reviews, which will give you a good idea of what you will experience with the photographer that you choose.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
1) Be clear about your vision and what your expectations are for your photographer. 2) What will be included in the price? So you know everything upfront before putting down a deposit. 3) Ask to see previous work or galleries of past clients if you want to get an idea of how your photos will turn out. Each photographer has a different editing style so you want to make sure it fits your personal taste. 4) The turnaround time for getting photos back? This is super important because you want to be clear of when you will receive the finished images.
