What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I accept all forms of payment available. Just please let me know beforehand which method you choose so I can make sure I am prepared adequately.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to have a video chat for 20-60 minutes with my new clients before we even discuss the shoot itself. I like to get to know them and understand what they are looking for before I even talk about the project. It helps us work more efficiently on the shoot day(s) as well.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am fully self educated and motivated to continue to learn more. I am also fully licensed to professionally fly a drone in the US.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always loved taking photos and making videos with my friends. I had a full time corporate job until 2020 where the pandemic saw my company lay off many employees (me being one of them) and I decided to take my passion and make it my profession. It definitely has it's scary moments, but seeing the look in a client's eyes because they love the final product makes it all worth it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with everything from small businesses looking to grow with better social media content, to established businesses wanting to update headshots for their employees, to one time projects with individuals looking to capture beautiful moments at an event (weddings,birthdays,etc...).

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Recently, I did a project with a small business owner looking to open up a wine bar locally. I was able to provide her with not only amazing content for her Kickstarter and other fundraising methods, but I was also able to give her advice on previous work I did with other clients that really helped her excel at her project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do you research on the photographer before you hire them. Talk to them. Set up a video call and ask them questions to get clear answers on what they can provide so your event will have amazing content.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What's my budget for this job? What exactly am I looking for? Do I have any dealbreakers when it comes to hiring this person? Will I need just one type of content? Or many? If I hire this person, will they be able to communicate with me clearly on expectations?
