What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our mission at SB Photography is to provide a quality product at the best price possible. We will not be the cheapest but we will provide the best value for your money. In the event we out of your budget, please reach out to us and let us give you a consultation and customize something within your budget.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process is very simple and automated. We want the experience to be very user friendly and useful. We start out with a small introduction, followed by a detail brochure with different price points. Once the client selects a package we set up a welcome call to talk a little but more about our services and reassure them that we can and will exceed all their expectations. A proposal will follow listing a detailed summery/invoice for all the services promised. Last but not least the client will be prompt to leave a deposit in order to secure the date.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

School, Online course but mostly formal experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started out as a hobby and slowly transitioned to a business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Kids, Couples, Families, Male, Female, LGBT, pretty much anyone that can look into my camera.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This is a tough question. I enjoy every job I do and make the best out of every situation. I really enjoy capturing love and milestone in peoples lives.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just look at the price think about the outcome and how these images will bring priceless memories.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should have a basic basic description of what their vision is and maybe even have some inspirational images. Once that is done my job is easy all I ask if show up with a positive attitude and we will create some stunning images.
