Introduction

I think a good photographer MUST know the technical aspects of their equipment and their craft. Likewise, I think a good Portrait Session is the combination of those skills and the photographer's creativity. I like to think that I do a fair job of both of those, therefore all of my sessions come with a 100% Money Back Guarantee. I enjoy shooting Family Portraits, Grads, Solo Portraits and Event shoots. My prices are very affordable and my photos always exceed expectations. Let's have a conversation to see how we can make your project everything you want it to be ... and more.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My pricing is very affordable. The Thumbtack client will receive a digital copy of all the pictures from the shoot, will receive an online gallery to share with friends and family, and all shots will be edited and color corrected. All shoots will include (1) Collages or Composites at no extra charge.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
My first goal is to find out if the client has something specific in mind that they would like to create. If so, I let them know if I can create that vision and what I can add to it. If the client has no specifics, I will generally give the client 2-3 looks or options. It could be different backgrounds, props, outside/inside, poses etc. My ultimate goal is to get the client comfortable if they are camera shy ... once they are relaxed, we will get some good shots.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I was basically taught the one true aspect of photography ( Composition ) by my brother who has shot photography for over 20 yrs. I have consumed tons of online information to learn the "Technical" principles of photography.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I picked up my first camera over 20 years ago when everyone was shooting with Kodak film. My brother minored in photography and went on to shoot photography as a business. I was his assistance or second shooter.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I have worked several school events ( Dances, Grads, TOY etc ). I have shot social events ( reunions, weddings, birthday parties ). I have shot Family Portraits, Individuals and Couples. In a nutshell, I shoot People, Places and Things
