What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

All my pricing has no time limitation like most photographers do. If you have an event we cover the full day.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I love to meet the clients face to face or schedule a phone call the discuss which package will fit them best. This insures to provide them with the coverage they need at the right price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a past employee/photographer at Kim Jew Studios and have been working on my own for the past 7 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Starting out by doing only family sessions in 2012 to now specializing in event photography/videography. Our passion is to help capture the moments you want to cherish for a lifetime.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with many different types of customers who put an emphasis on different aspects of their event or session. Getting clear expectations helps provide clients with the best service.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

In 2018 our company captured 54 weddings (video or photography) all around the Southwest USA. Now in 2019 we completed nearly 60 weddings. C.C Photo and video has grown to have 3 main photographers on staff and 2 videographers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Please keep in mind my packages don’t have time limitations and they all give you copyrights to your pictures. Most photographers don’t give you both these options.
