Commercial clients as well as Creative Direction/Design rate's depend on scale of project. Client owns all rights to images.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Understanding of client's need, and I do that by having a first phone call to get to know each other. Followed by a job confirmation outlining details and scheduled date. This is a very brief overview of client relations.
