Hello and welcome to my page! I'm so glad you stopped by. I'm Morgan and I'm a portrait and lifestyle photographer who has been photographing in the northeast for over 5 years. My specializations include families, newborns and couples. From brainstorming to production, I do the heavy-lifting so that your session is fun and light-hearted. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

In terms of pricing, clients should know that session pricing varies based on group size, location and type of session. - Newborn sessions start at $600 - Family sessions start at $500 - Entrepreneurial Branding sessions start at $500 - Event photography starts at $500 but ranges due to hourly rate My pricing includes session sitting fee, editing fee, rights of permission and usage, and high resolution files. Prints are priced separately and travel fees vary.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically we first begin by discussing the details of the potential session. This includes who will be there, where they are hoping they session will take place, and a general vision. I'll brainstorm with the clients to create a session that fits their needs. I'll also go into a breakdown of how they can prepare, what to expect on the day of and after the session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have freelance experience, intern experience, and also am a photo assistant to multiple other photographers in the area! I've been working full time now as a photographer for almost 5 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

When I was a sophomore in high school I had the opportunity of interning with a local photographer where I learned how to use a camera manually. I loved learning about lighting and composition techniques and so it took off from there!

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my client base consists of families, young graduates, and individuals looking for a fun, classic portrait session. I also work with entrepreneurs and influencers who are trying to enhance their brand images! Regardless, I love working with a range of clients who have distinct visions and creative directions so don’t be shy!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I wouldn’t say there’s one project in particular as each one is fun in it’s own right! I love reviewing and editing family sessions because I get to learn a lot about the family dynamic and each individual relationship. From the session to final deliverables, it takes approximately 2-3 weeks considering culling and editing.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I think it’s important to remember that each photographer has a unique way of capturing and editing their sessions, as well as building and sustaining a relationship with their clients. Go with the photographer who gives you positive energy and who you believe has the tools to best capture who you, your family or business is at that time!

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

It’s always important to make sure that you are ready and able to move forward with a session as photographers are flexible but may have tighter schedules during particular times of the year (i.e. the holiday season). We want to move forward with planning sessions as soon as possible to ensure an experience that is enjoyable and stress-free!
