What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing includes 1 or 2 day turn around, depending on the project. I do all the editing myself.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Writing back and forth with needs and wants is great, find out when they will be here, a backup plan, price and payment options and a good location spot.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelor degree in fine art and graphic design, as well as a photography veteran for over 26 years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started in college in the late 90s and then just kept doing photography since.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Couples, families, concert venues, concert promoters, bands, musicians, artists, real estate agents and brokerages and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A beautiful and expensive home in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware where I provided interior/exterior shots, drone photo, a video, 3d virtual tour and floor plans.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Provide a shot list, location and what exactly you're looking for. It's helpful for the photographer and everybody involved.
