I capture emotions and set a high standard for myself on a job. For example, during a wedding, I look to capture that special moment when I see the soon-to-be bride come out and the father and groom see her for the first time...it's that moment that I make sure to get, which sets my work apart from others. It's those moments that matter the most and are priceless. It's incorporating skill, experience, and a natural eye for the moments that makes my work stand out. Equipment alone can only do so much. Creating an image that will last a lifetime for future generations to see. It's an expression of art that is fulfilling to me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Packages: Premium starts at $1400 included is full coverage of the ceremony and reception up to 10 hours, shots of the wedding party getting ready is also included. This package also includes an engagement session. Standard starts at $900 included is full coverage of the ceremony and reception up to 7 hours, pre shots of the wedding party is included. Prices can be negotiated for smaller ceremonies from 3 to 5 hours. With all packages images are edited and placed on a thumb drive, all copyrights are released to the clients. All in all these prices can be tailored to your specific needs for more hours or less hours and even coverage for a different day if desired.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will meet to discuss and work out all of the details and expectations, sign a contract with a deposit, the deposit books the occasion and saves the date. The day of the ceremony I believe you are looking for photos to capture the first look expression of the groom and family, I will work to capture the love and passion that will most certainly fill the air. We pride ourselves on telling the story of the event through images, we have only one time to get it right, and we will! At the reception I think you are looking to cover the toast, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet toss and garder removal. I work to become an extension of the wedding party while having a great time, by the end of the day we will be friends lol. I am currently friends with a some my past clients.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I started off tutoring under other professionals for at least 5 years, I have been been in this business now for over 10 years. I continue educating myself through seminars and photography events.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My love and passion began when I started to wonder (how'd they do that)? when I would see beautiful images in magazines of model that were absolutely stunning. Here I am fourteen years later!. And now to create images that people will love and will last a lifetime is my desire, to see the initial smile on your face after viewing the finished product is my pleasure. I do photography for the love of the art!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types, I love the challenge of making someone happy with images they will be pleased with, it can most challenging at times but I'm up for the task.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am most proud of the recent past winter weddings and engagement shoots I have done, they present a whole new challenge. I did a family photo session with eight grand babies all up the age of nine lol, that scared me but the results were great! The key to that shoots was let them run until they were ready for the camera.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

DO NOT!! cut corner in going cheap, Hire experience only. I've done plenty of do over work from wedding photos that didn't turn out because someone wanted to use a friend that was just starting out.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Experience is key, like I said previously I've done do overs. For example one bride was so upset with her husband that she hired me, she got out her dress and made him rent a tux. In the middle of December we did a photo shoot of the two of them, the results were amazing. By the way I tried to save the wedding photos they had but the were way too under exposed.
