Introduction

Over the years, I have learned to take a laid back approach with my sessions allowing clients to have a care free experience in some of Michigan’s beautiful parks. My work uses natural light and a mix of a candid / formal approach to capture your images through lite prompts instead of stiff poses to capture your natural connections and aura. My style incorporates mostly open spaced locations with earthy tones, warm golden horizons and beaming sun flares, inspired from my summers growing up. Currently I am specializing in outdoor Senior Portraits.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I started learning about photography in 2009 when I received my first DSLR camera as a graduation present. I found the art of photography extremely challenging, rewarding, and fun. I first started out taking photos of cars which eventually grew into friends and family asking me to take portraits. Before I knew it I found myself taking an even deeper passion to the art and decided to offer my acquired skill set for freelance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research and make sure you align with the photographers style. Each photographer has their own style and will not fit every customer. Make sure to view photographers website for further examples of their work to ensure the right fit.
