Retouched images delivered 2 to 3 days after the session. • Non retouched images delivered on a USB thumb drive after the session. • An additional charge of $50.00 for the core RAW CR2 image file. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Schedule Meeting – in person. Review packages and select services. 2. Thank client for booking me and send invoice for deposit or first installment and obtain signed service contract from customer 3. Finance – obtain final payment 4. 1 Week Confirm – talk details through 5. Start and complete project 6. discuss any additional charges that my have come up during project. 7. Backup images 8. Send photos to professional retoucher. number of Photos needing retouch will determine turn around 9. Send images to customer – DVD, via online gallery or photo book. 10. Backup – one final time with the edited photos. Store photos for 1yr then images will be permanently deleted.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I fell in love with photography in 2011when I captured a one of kind photo in Chicago of an older couple dancing near Buckingham Fountain. I knew then I loved capturing life precious moments.

Interview multiple potential photographers and discuss your project. Review photographer past photos to get an idea of his or her style. Determine how passionate they are about providing good customer service.
