What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I will be VERY competitive with my prices. I aim to not break the bank of my client all while providing quality services and shots.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to give them a call, talk to them to try and get a feel about what they would like to get out of the shoot and if there are any ideas they would like to see in the shoot. I want the client to know that I am there to provide the highest tier service possible.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have taken classes online and I am constantly out taking photos. I study videos and prints of other photographers with amazing reputations like Manny Ortiz and other local photographers who are well known in my area.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always liked taking pictures ever since I was 8 years old. I would always take my moms camera and take pictures wherever we went. Then I had a friend who sold me one of his starter cameras and I spent the first year and a half taking pictures of my little girl from her born day until now. I made the decision to do it more professionally within the last year and I am looking to always better my craft.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with adults all the way down to newborns.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I shot my wife's pregnancy pictures earlier this year and in that shoot is where I shot one of the best shots I've ever shot, that very shot is used often as one I send in my messages when I introduce myself to possible clients. Also I did a meetup that a great photog put on a few months ago and we had a lot of photogs and models attend. There I got a chance to shoot with a lot of beautiful people from single models to even a couple. The shots I got there were some of the best shots I've taken and I'm very proud of.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Just to have some patience with the photog, especially when waiting for a response, because majority of the photogs I know in this area don't rely solely on this type of work as their primary pay income and we may be on a job site where we can't get back to the message as quick as we'd like too.
