What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As a photographer, it is important for customers to know that my pricing can vary depending on a number of factors such as the type of photoshoot, location, duration, and the number of images or final products requested. I recommend that customers contact me for a personalized quote based on their specific needs.
Customers should also be aware that there may be additional fees for certain services or products such as travel expenses for location shoots, additional retouching or editing, and the cost of any prints or photo products that they may request.
It's also good to know that I am open to negotiate and work within the budget of my clients and I also offer package deals and discounts for repeat customers or referrals.
It is important that customers communicate their budget upfront so that I can tailor a package that fits their needs and budget. I will be happy to provide more detailed information on my pricing and services during the initial consultation.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As a photographer, my typical process for working with a new customer includes the following steps:
Initial consultation: I typically begin by having an initial consultation with the client to discuss their needs and goals for the photoshoot. During this consultation, I will ask questions about the type of shoot they are interested in, the location, the number of people to be photographed, and any specific requests or ideas they may have. This allows me to get a better understanding of the client's vision and to provide them with tailored recommendations.
Planning and preparation: After the initial consultation, I will begin planning and preparing for the photoshoot. This includes scouting locations, selecting the best camera equipment and lighting, and creating a shot list. I will also ensure that I have all necessary permits or permissions for the location if needed.
The photoshoot: On the day of the photoshoot, I will arrive early to set up equipment and ensure that everything is ready. I will take time to make sure that the client is comfortable and relaxed, and that any special requests are met. During the shoot, I will use a combination of posed and candid shots to capture the client's personality and emotions.
Post-processing and delivery: After the photoshoot, I will carefully review and edit the images to ensure that they are of the highest quality. I will then deliver the final images to the client in the format of their choice (digital files, prints, etc.).
Follow-up: I will also follow up with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the images and to address any concerns they may have.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of the projects I’ve enjoyed most in my career was working as a video producer and camera operator for Lucas Lagoons' Insane Pools TV show. Every day was a new adventure, traveling across the U.S. to capture the creation of stunning, multi-million-dollar pools. I took pride in ensuring that each episode was visually captivating and of the highest quality, utilizing my years of experience and a full arsenal of professional equipment—including cameras, wireless microphones, pro cams on gimbals, a cable camera, 360 camera and a drone. If you name it, I had it. The project spanned multiple seasons, and with the scale and complexity of these luxury pools, the work seemed never-ending, but that’s what made it so exciting and rewarding.

What is the purpose of the video? What message do you want to convey and to whom?
Who is your target audience? What are their characteristics, interests and pain points?
What are the key elements you want the video to include? For example, do you want to feature specific products, people, or locations?
What is your budget for the project? Are there any specific constraints or requirements that you need to consider?
What is your desired timeline for the project? When do you need the final video to be completed?
What style or tone do you want the video to have? Do you want a serious, corporate style or a more light-hearted, fun style?
What are the distribution plans for the video? Will the video be used for broadcasting, social media, or streaming services?
Do you have any existing footage or assets that can be used in the video?
Do you have any specific technical requirements such as resolution, frame rate, or audio quality?
