Introduction

REAL. AUTHENTIC. EMOTION. Great images don't need to be posed. We want you to be YOU. I will use my 9 years of experience as a full time photographer to capture stunning images that feel personal and genuine. I believe that the most meaningful images are born from genuine interactions and emotions, not from posed or scripted moments. Whether it's the laughter shared during a family picnic, the quiet glance between newlyweds, or the joyful chaos of a family gathering, my goal is to document the real, beautiful, and unfiltered version of your story with artfully composed images. When you book us, you will always get all the edited high resolution photos via a personal online gallery with full print and usage rights.

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
My prices are all inclusive. This includes all high resolution edited images from your session. You will also get a personal online gallery for you and your family/friends to view and download images. My prices reflect my 7 years as a full time photographer.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
I first want to make sure we are a good match stylistically. If we are a good fit I will first email you a contract to sign and an invoice. I require a 50% deposit to secure your booking. The rest due anytime before the day of your booking. This is a very quick and easy process. You can pay with credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, Cashapp and more. My style is emotion/narrative driven. I try to avoid traditional posed photos. Of course I will always do some group and individual shots for clients, but that will make up a small portion of your session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
I'm a completely self taught photographer. My love for this medium began when I was 15 years old and I've had a camera in my hand ever since. I started off photographing family and friends. Then started doing part time weddings and family sessions in 2008. Photography is also my passion outside of client work. I'm always studying the art of photography and working on long term personal projects which you can also view on my website. I also sell Fine Art prints of personal work. I have completed over 750 weddings, family sessions and events as a full time wedding photographer in the last 7 years. This is where my experience as a photographer comes in.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
hire a photographer who's images resonate with you. I think this is the most important part of finding a photographer. My approach and style is extremely important to me and I want my clients to trust they are in good hands.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
figure out what style you are looking for. Do you want a documentary style session, or are you looking for traditional posed? that way you can find a photographer who matches your style before reaching out. Find a photographer who's images truly resonate with you. I also urge people to not choose a style just because it is trendy. Trends come and go, leaving your photos looking out dated. Look for a style that is timeless. For example I shoot a lot of b&w because b&w will always be "in style". Look for a photographer who knows how to shoot with natural light indoors, has good composition and timing. Lastly, look for a photographer whos images can tell a story!
