What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I offer upfront pricing: Session fee + additional images. That's it! The session fee includes your time in the studio + your first retouched headshot. You're welcome to purchase additional images if you'd like.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Most clients book their sessions directly on the website. During your session, clients select their desired images. I then edit, retouch and deliver the client's headshots within 48 hrs of their session.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been photographing professionally since 1999. Each year I train with the Professional Photographers of America and the Professional Photographers of North Carolina.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Most of my clients need a headshot for their company presentations and websites. Others want to update their LinkedIn profile. Companies also hire me to photograph their teams.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Many people are apprehensive about having their headshots done. Therefore, I create an atmosphere where the client has fun and creates headshots with a bit of personality infused!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When looking for a photographer, remember that photography is an art. Because of that, you would do yourself a disservice to shop for them as if they are commodities (like gasoline). Find the photographer whose work pleases you the most.
