What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing can sometimes vary depending on what all is involved in the project, but I try to work with clients to stay within their budgets.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to meet with clients or talk with them on the phone to get a feel for their project needs, budget, and timeline.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 10 years of experience in shooting professionally for individuals, as well as large corporations.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I have always had a creative eye, and I truly enjoy connecting with people to help show the world the image of themselves or their company/product that they feel is how they would like to be seen.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I enjoy individuals as well as companies. My work ranges from solo projects to large projects that represent large companies.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a recent project with Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. This was a four week project that involved getting to know the clients and capturing their stories for a fundraising project. This was quite rewarding for me and helped their organization raise much needed money.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I urge clients to ask questions of the photographer and find out more about the needs of their project. Pricing can be an important aspect of making the project happen, but price alone should not be the determining factor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How many photos will I receive? The number of mages varies depending on the project, but I like to give more than needed. How soon can I expect a finished product? Most photo projects can have images delivered within 24 hours of the completed shoot. Do I receive the rights to the images? Yes How can I make payments? Payments can be made by check, cash, or credit card in-person or on-line Do you include touch-ups and editing? Yes Are you able to do cosmetic touch-ups? Yes
