Introduction

I'm a specialized maternity, birth, and newborn photographer with a studio in Raleigh, NC and serve the surrounding area. I adore my job. I find such joy in being able to capture such a precious time in a family's life; it is such an amazing feeling. I get to see children grow up right in front of my lens, and it makes me hold each of them in my heart.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Yes. sessions are all inclusive and come with all edited images with a print release.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I like to talk with them and get an idea of what they Envision for their photography session. From there we work with a contract and set out a retainer which comes out of their full price of their session. once a contract is signed we get the small details that really bring out what they are looking for to make their photography session special.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been professionally trained and specialized in Maternity and Newborn Photography since 2013. I have been published on the cover of the September issue of Chesapeake Family Life Magazine in 2017. I have been published 4 times after. I've won 5 International Newborn Photography Awards as well. I'm a member of: Professional Photographers of America International Newborn Photographer Association Accredited Professional Newborn Photographers International

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always had a camera in my hand, from about the age of three. It's always been a passion of mine to capture the world around me.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with all kinds of customers, people that have a basic idea of what they would like for their session all the way up to someone who has everything for a stylized session. No matter what kind of client I start to work with, I try to make sure that they get exactly what they are hoping for at the end of the day.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Go with whose work you like the best. Who has the props that you like, the editing technique that you like, and the packages that they offer.
