What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have packages that go for a set price however we are also aware that everyone's budget is different.so Generally speaking our pricing is project based and we are always flexible with the needs and pricing of the customers.the price quoted is the total price you will pay with no additional hidden fees.Our package include the indicated number of hours of unlimited photography of your event. Most events of over six hours are quoted to have two photographers. You will receive an online photo gallery you can use to share, download, and order prints. A print package also available to purchase of prints or a photo album, and an archival flash drive of all your edited image files with full usage rights.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We offer free consultation to all our new clients. We will come to your place or we can arrange a phone call when it's convenient for you. From this meeting, we will personalize a package with in your budget limit and email it to you with the contract. We normally require minimum 40% deposit at the time of booking and the balance due on the day of the event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 20 years of experience in photography and I have a wide ranging portfolio of work that has given me the experience to capture truly beautiful images. Also I attended many workshops and expos to find out about the newest equipment so we can stay updated with the new technology.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have provided photographic services for all types of events including but not limited to Baby Shower, Pre wedding shoots, Mehandi and cultural events, birthdays and real estate. Although We specialize in Wedding coverage. Also We have worked with many different customers from varying backgrounds.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

There are a set of questions I am frequently asked. The first regarding the price quoted. Our prices are package prices and are all inclusive. You will never be charge additional fees such as travel or editing fees. You will receive full coverage of your event and a set of fully edited image files as well as a online web gallery, print package and flash drive. Another question frequently asked is "what will happen if you are unable to photograph my wedding" - Our company has four on staff photographers including my husband who is a primary photographer. If anything happens, photographers will arrive as scheduled and photograph your event as scheduled. We guarantee it. The final question is what is the process? How do we get started? If you are interested in selecting our services, we can start with a phone call or an in person meeting to discuss your vision of your photography needs. From this meeting, we will personalize a package including a contract and email it to you.

My first question to new clients is to ask what they envision for their event. have an idea of what you want to spend Everyone has an idea in different way that what they want their event or photographs to look like. And, every event has a different style of its own. We try to combine these two into beautiful event coverage.make a different feel it different.
