What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our price is always dependant on the project and what it entails. We will go over the scope and what creative you want to find a better estimate for the project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like faces and we like to talk to faces. That is always our preferred way to start the project. Of course, if that can not be done or if the job is a smaller one than phone calls work great too!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Graduated from Michigan State University with a master's in business and Advertisement. 5 years of full-time self-employed creatives.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

It came pretty organic, a lot of our close friends were getting into advertisement and digital creations so it becomes pretty natural.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with all types of customers. randing from: brands, small businesses, individuals, production houses, ad agencies, talent agencies, hair salons, auto parts, and more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

This past year we did a large scale campaign for Pure Michigan. The project from start to finish lasted 2 months. Not our typical client and scale but it was nice to really dive into something for an extended period of time!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

As a business owner myself, I would be looking for what is unique and what will stand out against my competition.
