What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We try to keep out pricing competitive while still remaining sustainable for the business and the market. We are usually not the cheapest but also not the most expensive.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We try to make it as easy and smooth as possible. We want our clients to feel comfortable and a positive photography experience.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a BA degree in graphic communication and I am classically trained in film photography and development as well as digital photography. I also hold a MBA degree.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started photography in high school learning black and white film and went on to study graphic arts in college and started working as a photographer in a portrait studio when I graduated.

What types of customers have you worked with?

The most common work I do is wedding and portrait photography. I typically focus on weddings, seniors, families, and glamour style portraits.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Hire based on work in portfolio and what you like as well as experience, not on purely price. Especially for weddings you do not want to go cheap or with a starting out photographer. You want someone with experience and backup equipment in case something goes wrong on the day of the wedding. We always carry backup equipment.
