Introduction

Argus Visuals is a husband-wife team of professional photographers with nearly thirty years of experience behind the camera. Our passion is to present you, your loved ones, your product, or your life revelation in the best light possible with the world and those you know and love. Let us help you tell your story or your brand through Visuals. Prior to the shoot, we’ll have a conversation about your expectations and any questions you might have including anything about the location for the shoot. During the shoot we will do our best meet your expectations. After the shoot we will go through the images and copy them on to a thumb drive which you will keep. An additional copy will be uploaded to a shared Google Drive folder which will be available to you for 60 days. Let’s have a conversation about preserving these sweet memories for posterity—let’s do it! —Respectfully, Brian & Sheryl Call us today!

Q&A

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

unfold fold
ARGUS VISUALS sees photography and videography as a community service. We’re not trying to get rich—we just love people and wish to serve in the best way possible at a lower rate that is more than competitive with our professional peers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
It’s very important to have a meaningful initial conversation with a new customer. Before the photo shoot, we like to discuss the event with the customer and garner from them their expectations. During the event, we do our best to meet those expectations after the event, we follow up with the customer to see how he did in meeting those expectations for the special event.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
We have over 30 years of Photography and Videography experience. We have traveled around the world and shot photos and videos in the craziest of places for the most wonderful of peoples.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always had a love for Photography and Videography, but it truly kicked in when I was hired on at a public television station during my years in College.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
We’ve worked with corporations, charities, governmental, and regular people like our next-door neighbors.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
Corporate-level Photography and Videography for the Walk 4 Water event this past November. It was a large scale charity event that required coverage in South Carolina and Georgia, and a good deal of scrambling and hurrying on our parts to catch the moments for posterity. Thoroughly enjoyed it!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
Ask the questions you’re afraid to ask. There’s no bad question. Always good to clear the deck upfront before hiring someone for a project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Most important question is “should I be hiring this photographer?“ You first must know a photographer before you can trust the same photographer. It’s basic. Through initial conversations. It becomes clear to the client and the photographer what needs to be done. We do not want our clients to go into an event with too many questions in their mind about the photographer they hired. All of this should be dealt with before hand. We just want to treat our clients the same way we would wish to be treated.
