Typically when a potential clients reaches out, I like to find out exactly what they’re looking for, a budget, and what they expect from their photographer.

I have years of photography experience behind me. This started out as a hobby with nature photography and during that time I learned the ins and out of the business and my equipment. When I went to college for business, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. Photography never feels like a job, every session is just another opportunity to make memories and capture yours.

I’ve always had a huge passion for photography for as long as I can remember. When I was 11, I was gifted a camera for Christmas and ever since then my passion for photography has just grown stronger. I started out on this journey as an avid nature photographer and eventually that expanded into my passion for portrait photography. Nature is somewhere you will always find (probably with my 2 golden retrievers), and is something I try to incorporate focus into my photography.

I feel like I’ve had an array of clients from large families, to toddler sessions, product shoots or a couple’s big day.

I recently got to work with a great little coffee company that a friend of mine owns and it felt so special to help out another small business owner.

There are so many great photographers in this area and you should reach out to anyone whose work capture your eye or the good things you’ve heard about working with them. Finding the right fit for your needs to so important because these special sessions your looking to book, those photographers become a part of those memories, so you want to find the right fit for your needs.

I would recommend knowing if all parties involved in your session will be available and flexible dates if needed. I’d also suggest to have an idea of what you think is expected of the photographer.
